    Go on Google and type in CamStudio Free Download. After you download it you can create the size of the box and hit record on whatever is playing on your computer screen. I normally make the box as big as a YouTube video then I record a YouTube video and I save it to my desktop. Download it and see for yourself it’s exactly what your looking for….garunteed. I’m glad I could help. :)

    If you have XP or Vista, try Fraps. I used it myself; works great. Non-full version puts a watermark on your video.
